It’s new to Justin – Coffee
I’ve never seen the appeal of drinking hot water that has been drained through dried beans, and usually I prefer my beverages to have more redeeming qualities than “bitter.” In fact, my first time drinking coffee left me nothing but disgusted, heart-burnt, and “halitosified” for weeks after. However, after getting harassed and berated by Sue and Cassie for not being “one of those people,” I gave into peer pressure (because I’m all about integrity) and decided to give this caffeinated bean-water (or “nice warm hug” as Sue describes it) another try.
The following happened:
Halfway in the journey from utter disgust to gleaming happiness is this face; I guess it’s a step in the right direction. A couple more years and I’ll be one of those people waiting in a 30 car lineup in front of Tim Hortons, with a pounding caffeine headache, shaking with anticipation and withdrawals for my 9 am bean-water fix.
– Alright I’ll confess, it was actually a Mocha Latté that I drank, which is not so much coffee as it is hot chocolate with the slightest essence of coffee – but it still counts.

mmmm coffee….
do it. you know you want to.
I recently just got into the whole coffee thing and really have to say I don’t hate it. But unlike others, I drink my coffee after midnight. I know it’s wired but it more relaxing to me that way, instead of rushing in the morning getting ready and basically burning the taste buds off my tongue.
The cat seems to take my point of view exactly: anything that smells like that should be buried.
